Meet Stephanie:
Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am a proud SoCal native and first-generation law student at UC Irvine Law. I always knew I wanted to pursue a legal career, and being here has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.
Since starting at UC Irvine Law, I have been actively involved in student organizations such as If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, where I served as a Co-Chair, the Business Law Society, and the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association. I also served as an advanced clinical student in the Immigrant and Racial Justice Solidarity Clinic, where I gained hands-on experience in immigration and racial justice advocacy. Through my work as a Research Fellow and current Research Assistant in UC Irvine Law’s Legal Writing Department, along with two forthcoming publications in law reviews and journals, I have developed a strong interest in legal writing and research. I have also spent both of my law school summers working in business and commercial litigation in Irvine and Newport Beach, experiences that have solidified my interest in pursuing a career in commercial litigation.
Beyond academics, I love reading fiction books (yes, I’m on BookTok!), cooking authentic Lebanese cuisine, and unwinding at the beach after class.
I knew UC Irvine Law was the right place for me from the moment I interacted with the students and faculty, who made me feel welcomed and supported. I look forward to giving back by helping prospective students feel just as at home at UC Irvine Law as I do.
