November 15, 2026	Complete application for Binding Early Decision Round 1 Deadline

March 2, 2027	Admitted students who wish to be considered for a need-based grant must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Application by the application deadline.
March 31, 2027	JD First-Year Priority Application Deadline
April 2027 LSAT	LSAT Exam Days (Last accepted score for Regular Decision)
May 1, 2027	JD First-Year Final Application Deadline

January 15, 2027	Early Decision Round 1 non-refundable first SIR Deposit of $500 due Supplemental non-refundable SIR Deposit of $250 for applicants deferred from Fall 2026 due
March 1, 2027	Online Housing Application available
March 15, 2027	Early Decision Round 2 non-refundable first SIR Deposit of $500 due
April 20, 2027	Regular Decision non-refundable first SIR Deposit of $500 begins to be due (this will become rolling for later admits; refer to the dates provided with your admission) Early Decision Round 1 and 2 non-refundable second seat deposit of $250 due
May 2, 2027	4:00 p.m. (PT) - Deadline to apply for Guaranteed Housing. It is crucial to submit your SIR Deposit at least 48 hours before the Housing Application deadline to allow time for Housing to receive your SIR record.
June 1, 2027	Regular Decision non-refundable second SIR Deposit of $250 is due (a total SIR Deposit of $750 will be due on a rolling basis for later admits; refer to the dates provided with your admission)
July 18, 2027	Priority filing date for Online Statement of Legal Residence
August 9-13, 2027	Mandatory New Student Orientation
August 16, 2027	4:00 p.m. (PT) - Deadline to pay full tuition and fees without late fees
August 16, 2027	First day of classes

Some or all instruction for all or part of the Academic Year 2027-2028 may be delivered remotely. Tuition and fees have been set regardless of the method of instruction and will not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the Academic Year. Figures for tuition and fees represent currently approved or proposed amounts and may not be final. Actual tuition and fees are subject to change by the University of California as determined to be necessary or appropriate. Final approved tuition and fee levels may differ from the amounts presented.
