Leading expert on bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law and Professor of Law Dalié Jiménez testified at the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law hearing on Oversight of Bankruptcy Law and Legislative Proposals on Tuesday, June 25. Prof. Jiménez testified on student loans and the availability of bankruptcy relief. She also discussed how the student debt crisis has affected the economy and created inequity in the United States.
