UCI Law Video: 2019 Experian/Jones Day Moot Court Competition Final Arguments

The 2019 Experian/Jones Day Moot Court Competition finals featured 2Ls Paige Christie (Petitioner) and Tiffany Aguiar (Respondent) arguing before Justice Sheryl G. McCloud (Washington Supreme Court), Judge Michael H. Simon (U.S. District Court, District of Oregon), and Justice Richard D. Fybel (California Court of Appeal, Fourth District). Students argued whether and to what extent public schools, consistent with the First Amendment, may discipline students for their off-campus speech.
