Daniel J. Alexander II
Background:
Daniel Alexander is the sole shareholder of Daniel J. Alexander II, A Professional Corporation, Specializing in the transactional representation of startups, entrepreneurs and small/medium sized businesses.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a double minor in Economics and Russian from Howard University (1990), and a Juris Doctor from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. (1994). He spent twelve years litigating business disputes before he decided to focus on a Transactional Practice. In his practice he provides legal services to non-profits, start-ups, small and mid-size businesses such as those that are provided by an "in-house" attorney at a large corporation. He developed his General Counsel practice with the goal of providing business clients with critical corporate legal services replicating, as much as possible, the methods, approach, and style of an "in-house" law department. He was admitted to the California bar in 1994 and has since been admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Eastern Districts.
