Transcripts and Enrollment Verification Documents
The UCI Central Registrar’s office announced that as of mid-November 2020 official electronic transcripts are now available to students and alumni. Law students may now order official electronic or paper transcripts via the Parchment storefronts.
- Electronic transcript orders submitted by 3pm on a processing day will be delivered that same business day. Transcripts are processed/sent out during normal UCI business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Students not needing the expedited processing times offered by Parchment may still submit the transcript request form to registrar@uci.edu.
- The UCI Central Registrar's Office will not have the options to hold for grades or hold for degrees on Parchment so requests will have to be made after grades/degrees are posted.
- There will be two Parchment storefronts, one to handle the doc fee billed JD program students and another to handle the pay-per-service students, which would be the LLM students and visiting law students.
- JD students should access this storefront: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/35336/account.
- LLM and visiting students should access this storefront: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/36576809/account. Only students ordering from the SS storefront will get charged $17 per transcript.
- There will be a $3.00 charge PER transcript, not per order in each storefront. Credit card payments are accepted by Parchment.
- More details can be found on the Central Registrar Office transcript information page here: https://www.reg.uci.edu/services/transcripts/
